I remember when you parents could leave their children unattended watching T.V. Now parents must set parental controls on T.V's!!! That is completely preposterous television has changed so much that 75% of cartoons aren't safe for kids to watch. For example there is this show on Cartoon Network called "Regular Show" and its about a Bird and a Raccoon who live together, it may not sound like its bad; but the stuff they do on this show its totally not safe to watch. 
I know I can't pass judgement because I don't know the real purpose of why the creator choose this show. But they use words such as "Ass" and they use physical violence an I'm wondering. Do they know kids watch this? From vulgar comments to racist slurs Regular Show is not a Show intended for children if it's so obvious why not giving at a different time.
